As stated in the previous edition of the newsletter, Bank Sahabat Sampoerna (Bank Sampoerna) collaborates with Pembinaan Anak Cacat Foundation (YPAC) Jakarta and Sayap Ibu Foundation Jakarta Branch (YSI) to distribute Hati Saving donations. Donations distributed during the October-December 2023 period amounted to Rp72,602,008, with each foundation receiving Rp36,301,004.

Bank Sahabat Sampoerna (Bank Sampoerna) together with its business partner, KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati again synergized with the Cooperative Service and the local Police to take care actions in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic situation which is still endemic to this day. The action was in the form of distributing 300 food packages each to 17 branches of Bank Sampoerna and 17 branches of KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati throughout Indonesia. The movement, called Community Care, is carried out in stages, with the first stage being carried out on the 2nd Sunday of August 2021 with a total aid reaching 10,000 food packages. Phase 2 will be carried out in mid-September 2021 by distributing an additional 10,000 food packages.

At the head office, the celebration was attended limitedly by the board of management, the board of commissioners represented by Mr. Budi Halim and Mr. Hary Santoso, shareholders Mr. Michael J. Sampoerna, and Mr. Bambang Sulistyo and Mr. Hendra Prasetya as the supervisory board of the Bank’sstrategic partner, KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati. Held at JSC Hive Jakarta, Bank Sahabat Sampoerna (Bank Sampoerna) launched a web-based loan application platform named PDaja.com. The web was launched by Ong Tek Tjan (Director of SME, Funding, FI, and Network) and Irma Savitry (Chief of Credit and Collection). The launching was attended by some of the bank’s senior management team, such as Sandra Lewerissa (Legal Credit and Collateral Management Division Head), Cary Piantono (Credit Control and Analytics Division Head), and Riyadi Ikhsan Hidayat (Network Management Division Head). There were also more than 30 invitees and 14 journalists coming to the event.
