Terms and Conditions

1. This program only applies to female customers.
2. Customers must have an ID card and taxpayer ID number.
3. The program can only be submitted through the Jabodetabek branch office of Bank Sahabat Sampoerna.
4. Fund placement period: December 22, 2023 - March 22, 2024.
5. Funds are retained for six months and cannot be withdrawn.
6. Each customer is permitted to join in more than one incentive scheme. For example, if a customer selects a Dyson Corrale Straightener and a Tory Burch T Monogram Jacquard Small Shoulder Bag as the prize, they must deposit Rp1.364.000.000.
7. If the customer withdraws funds before six months, the customer will face a penalty of 120% of the prize value (based on the price in effect when Bank Sahabat Sampoerna obtained the prize). This penalty will reduce the funds withdrawn by customers.
8. Bank Sahabat Sampoerna bears the gift tax.
9. Customers can participate in 3-monthly Regular Drawing and 9-monthly Grand Prize Drawing, provided that the drawing points are the average balance points of the first month after the funds placement.
10. Other provisions outside of the HER Savings Program are consistent with the Sampoerna Mobile Savings provisions, which can be found at sampoernamobile.banksampoerna.com/produk/
11. Customers are not permitted to exchange the prizes and/or schemes they have selected after the fresh funds have been deposited.
12. Customers can exchange prize variants if the selected prize variant is not available.
