SMDP is an exclusive development program designed for young talented fresh graduate who aspire to become Banking & Financial services future leader in digital era.
This program applies comprehensive development of general banking and financial services knowledge and skills through class-room or virtual training, on the job training, project assignment and mentorship. This batch will be started in early April 2023.
If you are very keen on doing data analysis, new product or business initiative, system or process improvement and other banking or financial services project together with our team.
You should possess the minimum requirements of:

Top notch bachelor/ master (S1/S2) graduate from reputable university (Fresh Graduate – 1 year experience) with GPA 3.00 (S1/Bachelor) or 3.25 (S2/Master)

Relevant major background preferably: Applied Finance or Economy & Business, Engineering, Information Technology or Computer Science

Proficient in English with score TOEFL min. 550/ IELTS min. 6
