  3. Collateral ownership proof in the form of SHM, SHGB, SHMSRS (Strata Title) issued by BPN and SPPT PBB and STTS (proof of payment) of the previous year PBB and IMB or Cover Note from Developer/City Planning Service/Notary.
  4. Collateral ownership can be in the applicant's name or on behalf of a third party (individual or company)
  5. The guarantee location is in a city/district where the BSS Branch is within a 50-kilometer radius of the nearest BSS Branch.
